The hotel features a fantastic pool area with a large landscaped outdoor pool, two water slides, and a smaller plunge pool with a spa. It was a great place to unwind after a long day, and I appreciated that the lifeguard, Nicky, was attentive and made sure everyone was safe while enjoying the slides.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was excellent and perfect for families, the room I stayed in felt a bit dated and could use some maintenance. The staff were somewhat unhelpful, which made things a bit frustrating. The facilities like the pools and gym were nice, but the dining options were quite limited. Overall, I think it has potential but definitely needs some improvements.

I had a decent stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with stunning views and easy access to the beach and tram. However, the rooms felt a bit worn out and housekeeping was lacking. My stay was quite disappointing overall. The hotel had a fantastic ocean view from my apartment, but that was overshadowed by the numerous issues I faced during my visit. The air conditioning was filthy, and the room was very outdated with broken equipment. While the pool area looked nice, the water slides were unsafe for kids. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.
